Questions
Good to know.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You describe the website in plain words and ask for changes the same way. There's no code editor and no GitHub to learn. If you do know code, you can download any version's files.
Do I need my own AI account?
No. The AI is included in your plan, with a number of AI edits each month. Planning questions before the first build are free, and so is fixing a mistake the AI made.
Is every website really different?
Yes. There are no templates to pick from. The AI designs each website from what the business is and who its customers are, and follows any design or photos you give it.
Can I move a website I already have?
Yes. Upload a zip of its folder (the finished website, or the project) and it becomes a website in your dashboard: preview it, publish it, then point the domain at it.
How do enquiries from the contact form work?
Each website sends its enquiries from the client's own email address, straight to the client, so replies and records stay with the business. You set it up once and see how many enquiries arrive, but never the messages.
What about the client's domain?
If they have one, you connect it by adding one DNS record where the domain is managed; their email isn't affected. If they need a new one, they buy it from a domain registrar and you connect it. The secure padlock (HTTPS) is set up automatically.
Who pays for a client's website?
You do, as part of your plan. You set your own price for your clients and charge them through your own Stripe account (or invoice them your own way); the money goes straight to you and RBO Build never holds it.
Can my clients log in?
Yes. Invite each client to their own dashboard for their website: they fill in your onboarding questions, keep their details up to date, read their enquiries and pay you. You choose what each client can see, and it can carry your brand instead of ours.
What if I need more websites?
Add extra websites for a monthly price that gets lower on bigger plans (A$29 on Solo down to A$14 on Agency), or move up a plan. Archiving a website takes it offline and stops it counting; restore it any time.
Where are the websites hosted?
On Cloudflare's global network, so pages load quickly around the world, with HTTPS on every website.
